If you have cancellation fees or early termination charges from your previous broadband and calls provider, this is the place to upload your bill so we can credit your EE broadband account for these fees, up to £100.

Please make sure you pay your final bill directly to your previous provider then upload your final bill, clearly outlining any cancellation fees or early termination charges.

Be quick! Claims are only valid for 90 days after your EE Broadband service has been activated (you’ll only be able to claim once your service has activated & you’ve received your final bill from your previous broadband & calls provider)

The end of contract buy out credit of up to £100 for cancellation fees or early termination charges from your previous broadband and calls provider is only available to customers who are in contract with another provider for their broadband and calls subscription on the date they join EE broadband. Subscription includes any monthly outstanding payments for line rental or monthly call plans – this does not include outstanding call charges. Offer valid for 90 days after your EE broadband service is activated. The credit will be applied to your monthly charge for your EE broadband and calls account in the month following the satisfactory completion and processing of your request. If the credit is for an amount greater than your monthly charge, the remainder of the credit will be credited to the bank account from which your EE broadband monthly direct debit is taken.
